TWO Small Routines for Big Orgasms

Kegel Moves. A Kegel exercise aims to strengthen ones pubococcygeus muscles (PC muscles). Both men and women have this muscle. For women, having strong PC muscles can prevent urinary incontinence (involuntary peeing) during old age and can aid during childbirth.

  5. I can attest to this. My first true love used to practice contracting her PC muscles for that purpose and proudly revealed to me what she was doing and the effect it had. I does take discipline like any other exercise but it’s worth the effort.

    I have never known another woman with quite the ability to contract her PC muscles that my first love had but I wish I had. My present wife tries but doesn’t have the discipline to practice this that my first true love did but she’s a middle aged grandmother and my first love was a young woman.

  7. After a few deep breaths take out the penis and give the penis head a really good shake, backward and forward between thumb and fingers. like slapping it back and forth quickly for around 10 secs, this will make the penis fill with more blood and enlarge the penis head
    take a deep breath hold and try again to increase the same breath in stages up to maximum, tense you lower stomach muscles few secs…release breath slowly shake penis again as above vigorously..( i wish i had diagrams), rub penis head on clitoris for a while, then insert….when the guy cums it usually goes a few feet into the air…control your breathing and shaking to keep the blood coming is really the best way and you don’t have to be super fit, u can last a long time….advise the guys to do push-ups until they get out of breath and stop and rest, until the heart rate is normal and then do the push ups again and stop.
